Description

This wall light is manufactured of solid, anti-corrosion die-cast aluminium  and copper, it is powder-coated with black varnish, antique or RAL colors. The roof or the lantern is either made of unvarnished  or painted copper.

On request, the models are also available with a downward-facing lantern.

The brass struts that connect the base and roof of the lantern are unpainted in all versions and colors and will gradually take on a dark brass patina.

The luminaire comes with a copper roof or as shown in the photo, lacquered solid color.

Material: Luminaire body and wall arm made of solid, corrosion-resistant cast aluminum, louvre roof made of solid copper, brass struts and tip. The copper shield is not treated with zapon (= coated with clear lacquer firniss) and assumes over time a beautiful copper patina. Stainless steel screws (Inox A2). White reflector inside.

Glass: clear glass

Degree of Protection (according to Ingress Protection Rating): IP43

About the manufacturer

Our Schlesischen Laternen (Silesian Lanterns) and outdoor lights are fabricated by a small manufactory in southern Poland. They are crafted in solid cast aluminum (gravity or injection die-cast) and stand out due to their richness of forms. All Silesian lanterns are offered in jet black RAL 9005 semi-gloss by default, but can also be ordered in any other RAL color with an additional surcharge. The glasses of the lights are usually clear, but the manufacturer is also flexible in this respect and offers satin and old-German glasses as well as glasses with an amber color or bark structure.
