Exterior lighting for the entrance door
In most cases, the entrance area is lit by exterior wall luminaires mounted next to or above the door. In the case of covered entrances, this task can be performed by ceiling or pendant luminaires suitable for outdoor use. With or without motion detectors, carefully selected exterior front door lights not only provide light for orientation, they are also a sign of good taste on the part of the occupants.
Outdoor path lighting
Suitable outdoor lighting for paths and driveways can be found under garden lights, wall lights, bollard lights, freestanding lights and ground lights. As well as providing path safety, they can be used to enhance the appearance of the property by matching the style of surrounding buildings. Spherical or lantern-shaped outdoor lights are ideal for path lighting.
Outdoor lighting for terraces
They should take up as little space as possible, illuminate any tables that may be present and set the scene for the neighbouring garden: Flat wall and ceiling lights, outdoor pendant lights and outdoor lanterns with wall arms are the best choice for balconies and patios with high roofs. Pedestal, garden and smaller floor lights can also be used for larger patios.
